Happy Turkey-Day/Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving, Pilots!
We hope this update finds you with a full belly, surrounded by people who bring you happiness. Regardless, take some time for yourself (if able), have a bit too many carbs (no such thing), and flex in the mirror.
These past two weeks have been packed with ongoing fulfillment, right up until we had to ‘press pause’ to get ready for Pax Unplugged ‘24.
Fulfillment Update
10 more boxes went out last week as we continue to knock out all Pre-orders and Backer Rewards. Once Unplugged is in our rearview mirror, it will once again be full steam ahead. Remember, if you have questions/concerns about the status of your copy, never hesitate to reach out to us. I’d like to think we are very responsive via email and have (re)connected with many of you over the past couple of weeks.
PAX Unplugged 2024
As mentioned in the last update, 3301 will have both an Exhibitor Booth (4208) and Demo Table for PAX Unplugged in Philadelphia, PA. The convention runs December 6-8 and is a great opportunity for any of you to demo the game or stop by.
Last call for pick-ups (12/1): If you are planning on snagging your rewards while at PAX, it helps the team out to know in advance. If you suspect you may be in attendance, feel free to contact us directly. If you show up to the booth without letting us know, we will do our best to pick/pack your pre-order in real time, but can’t guarantee we will have all of your goodies on-site.
Demo Table: Starting at 10:30 AM on Friday, we will be running Salvage demos every day of the convention until the hall closes (6 PM). The time slots are relatively limited and filled up quickly last year. If you have your heart set on getting a Mission in while at PAX, feel free to reach out in advance to reserve your spot!

As the weather starts to turn here in MN, I hope this update finds you happy, healthy, and prospering. (Or at least some combination of the three)
This update will be relatively brief as the team is preparing for a massive ‘assembly’ day in service to both continuing fulfillment and preparing for Pax Unplugged.
Fulfillment Update
15 more boxes shipped this past week, leaving us with just a few remaining international orders. Domestic fulfillment continues to roll forward. If you have any questions about the status of your game+rewards, please reach out to us directly as we are usually able to respond within a day and can give you information specific to your particular order.
PAX Unplugged 2024
As we mentioned in the last update, 3301 will have both an Exhibitor Booth (4208) and Demo Table for PAX Unplugged in Philadelphia, PA. The convention runs December 6-8 and is a great opportunity for any of you to demo the game or stop by.
If you are attending Pax and would like to pick up your game in-person, please be prepared for two things.
1.) A cascade of cheers and fist pumping on your behalf
2.) The 22 lb. box that is the behemoth that is S:DS.
A modest request: If you are planning on snagging your rewards, it sincerely helps the team out to know in advance. That way your game will be as prepped for you as possible when you show up to the booth. If you suspect you may be in attendance, feel free to contact us directly.

I hope your Halloween and end-of-October was everything you wanted it to be. We woke up to this on Thursday:
As you can see, for the second year in a row Minnesota has graced us with a winter-themed Halloween. We think it's neat, but it seems to (somewhat surprisingly) impact the volume of Trick-or-Treaters in our neighborhood. This had led to me being tasked with the sacred duty of polishing off the excess candy which is a … mixed blessing.

We are thrilled to announce the launching of the game’s official discord! While it is still WIP with certain sections ‘under construction,’ there is a Rulebook link and various channels for discussion. It is our plan to have the first v. of the FAQ up by next week.
Big thanks to our Backer Kenneth Valentine who devoted his own time to get this up and running. With Ben and I still a bit underwater with fulfillment, support from people like Kenneth really goes a long way.

International Fulfillment

This update will be fairly brief, as HQ continues to churn on fulfillment. Next update I intend to bore you with some musings on world-building/RP.
International Fulfillment
During our funding period, the team was delightfully surprised at the amount of Backers that supported us from overseas. We are happy to announce that over the coming weekend, all of you will be having their orders placed in the mail.
That will leave the team with the remaining domestic orders, which will continue next week.
Issues/Damages with Shipment
We have gotten a few reports that some of the shipping boxes have arrived with noticeable damage (from one carrier in particular). In most of these cases, the damages have been confined to the exterior packaging, however, if it appears that any game components were damaged in transit - please reach out to us. We will do what we can.

Canadian Fulfillment and Salvage Suit Titles

We hope this first weekend in October finds you well. Is anyone else primed and ready for it to be (feel like) Fall? If so, -highfive-. If not… just lie to us.
Before we dive in, Ben and I want to acknowledge and thank those of you that reached out in support. Your collective encouragement and kind words were immensely appreciated.
Canadian Fulfillment
Ben and I are excited to announce that this weekend, our Canadian backers of all tiers will be having their orders placed in the mail.
Many of you are Kickstarter/BackerKit veterans, but for those that aren’t - you can expect an email from BackerKit containing your tracking details as soon as the parcels hit the mail.
For the many of you that don’t reside in Canada and are eager to strap into your favorite Salvage Suit - you have not been forgotten. Far from it! Domestic and other International fulfillment will continue to roll next week.
A bit of whimsy: Salvage Suit Titles

As exciting as it is to watch boxes go out the door, it can feel tedious at times. In order to help break up some of the monotony, we have green-lit Ben to fulfill one of his most treasured dreams - to become Willy Wonka. While the particulars on his Chocolate River are still being ironed out, we will immediately be placing (6) of our own ‘Golden Tickets’ in random boxes across all Backer tiers. While our tickets won’t miraculously ‘heal’ Grandpa Joe, they will afford each winner a Salvage Suit Title, which may be redeemed for (1) 70mm Statuette of any of the 6 starting suits. As a reminder these suits are:
- A-3 Perseus
- UH-16 Pegasus
- F-3 Chameleon
- UC-43 Draco
- K-23 Centaurus
- B-13 Aries
